The health and safety of our guests is important to us. We have registered as a Covid 19 Safe business with the NSW Government and follow the recommended social distancing and hygiene standards. Social distancing means that people must keep 1.5 metres away from others wherever possible and avoid physical greetings, such as handshaking, hugs and kisses. We provide our guests with hand sanitiser and encourage guests to use it, as well as wash their hands. We keep the name, mobile number and email of all our guests for a period of at least 28 days. These records are only to be
used for tracing COVID-19 infections and are stored confidentially
and securely. If a guest is unwell, they will not be allowed to join our tours and will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
