Come and join Arakwal Bundjalung woman ‘Delta Kay’ on a special NAIDOC Week 2021 Cultural Walk within Arakwal National Park.

On this tour, Delta kay will take guests on a 2km return walk within Arakwal National Park. During this time, guests will learn about significant places and hear local history and traditional stories. There will be opportunities to learn some Bundjalung language and about bush food, natural medicine, tools, weapons and artifacts.
At the end of the tour, guests will enjoy tasting a variety of delicious bush tucker foods and have nice cup of bush tea and a biscuit. We highly recommend that guests wear appropriate shoes and have a water bottle, jumper, hat and sunscreen.
We offer a free pick-up and drop-off service for guests within 6km of Byron Bay CBD. Pick-up will be at approx. 7am. If you would like to use this service, please provide your pick-up address when you make your booking. Alternatively, if you provide your own transport, you will find us at Cosy Corner Carpark – Tallow Beach Road at 7:30am.
